Once you create a Custom PTO Category, you can edit it's name and it's representative emoji icon. However, you cannot edit whether the category is paid or unpaid.
The paid/unpaid distinction cannot be changed because it would have detrimental effects on your how your payroll and pay periods are processed.
Editing a Custom PTO Category
To edit a PTO Category, simply navigate to the Policies subtab in the Time Off section of Eddy and click on the edit pencil icon located beside the name of the category you wish to edit.
Clicking on the pencil icon will display a screen where you have the ability to modify the name of the PTO category or change the representative emoji.
Once you make your desired changes, click save.
You'll have now successfully edited your custom PTO category.
