In addition to the files you upload, Eddy includes a handful of files that are common to almost all companies. Included are the following:
- I-9 Form
- W-4 Form
- W-9 Form
- Direct Deposit Form
These Eddy forms can be sent to new hires and employees and require a signature. They include fielded data that will be pulled (if available) from the employee's information in Eddy.
This means that the fields for name, address, social security number, etc. will be auto-filled within these forms when the signed-in user is asked to sign them.

Similar to an uploaded document, you can click an Eddy form to see a preview of the form. Eddy forms look very much like a regular file you've uploaded. A few differences are:
- When an employee signs an Eddy form, they sign a specific field inside the form (rather than a page added to the end of the document)
- Any employee information that has been added to Eddy will automatically appear in the form.
- Eddy forms can't be deleted or archived.
