There will be certain documents that you'll want your employees to be able to access easily. These documents may not necessarily require an employee to take action, rather they're informational documents.
Examples may include:
- A calendar of company holidays
- The employee handbook
- A benefits guide to explain insurance
- Legal forms
- Any other form or document you want to be made accessible to employees

How to Share a Document
In Eddy, every employee will be able to see a list of shared documents on their home screen. Those with Owner permissions can control what documents are displayed.
Owners will be able to see an "Edit Pencil" icon on the documents widget of their home page. Before adding documents, they'll also be able to see an explanation on how to use this section.
To add documents for employees, start by clicking the "Edit Pencil" icon.
From here, you'll see a screen where you'll be able to select the documents you wish to make visible.
Simply check the box for each document you want to allow employees access to, and then click the "Save Changes" button.
Once this has been done, employees will now be able to view and download the documents that you've made available.
