Eddy can publish your job to your company's career page as well as to various job boards. You can choose how and where to publish any of your company's jobs.
Edit publish settings
To change an existing job's publish settings, you'll first sign in to Eddy and go to the "Hiring" tab. Looking at your list of jobs, find the one you'd like to change and click the 3-dot menu on the far right of the job. This will open a menu of options, including the option to edit the Publish settings for the job.
Above: This screen capture shows how to find and select the publish settings menu for a job.
Publish on company career site
Each job can be published on your company career page. Your career page can either be one you create using Eddy, or it can be one your company has created and you embed your Eddy jobs on that page.
Choosing to NOT publish a job to your company career page also includes turning off any other external publishing to other free job boards supported by Eddy—so while the job continues to show as an "Active" job on your hiring dashboard, it is not displayed on your career site or job boards.
If you have a job that you do NOT want to be made public (e.g., it is a test posting, or is a job only for internal applicants) you can decide to not publish the job to your company career site.
On your list of jobs, you'll see a "not published" tag for any jobs that you have opted to turn "OFF" on your company career site.
Publish on free job boards
Eddy can automatically publish your jobs to available free job boards. This can be a big savings for your company, and help you find the best candidates possible for your jobs. Publishing to these job boards is turned ON by default for all your jobs, so long as two conditions are met:
- You have opted to publish the job to your company career site.
- You have a paid subscription to Eddy—job board publishing is not available during a free trial period.
